The Original BBQ Sauce created by our founder Troy Davis has a rich orange color and is perfect with every meat we offer. The flavor profile can be considered a Carolina-style Barbecue sauce but the flavors are unique and one of a kind. Our Spicy Sauce is Just as the name states “spicy”.
The Sweet BBQ Sauce is much less acidic in its flavor profile and is similar to sauces served within the Memphis TN region. The sweet BBQ sauce was created by Anthony Barber from customer demand for a BBQ sauce that reminded them of Beale St and it doesn’t disappoint.
The Spicy BBQ Sauce is a Troy Davis and fan-favorite when paired with the best BBQ in Palm Beach County and it has a slight kick to it that’s just enough to satisfy your spicy desire.
I love how you can smell the BBQ as you pull into the driveway and even see the pitmaster smoking the meats out back. If you like good BBQ you need to try this place.

Hands down the best Brisket I've even had. I usually am not a big fan of spareribs because they are rarely done right. These spareribs where perfect. The corn bread was magical. I've never had better.

Drive thru works like a charm! A pound of brisket with Troys original sauce is my "bbq go to" for two. It is so dang moist and delicious. The rice and peas are seasoned so perfectly and the cole slaw is always a winner.

Highly recommend! My company had Troy's BBQ catered for our weekly lunch and it was our first time trying it. We had pulled pork sandwiches, BBQ chicken with 3 different sauces, Mac n Cheese, coleslaw, and cornbread. It was out of this world good.
